The NSW Bar Association is committed to managing your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). The personal information requested in this form is collected by the Association for the purpose of selecting members for our 2026/26 committees. If you do not provide the requested information, we will be unable to process your application. The information that you submit in this form may be provided to Association staff, the Chairs of the committee(s) that you have expressed interest in and the Bar Council Executive to assist them with considering your expression of interest. You warrant that you have obtained permission from any individual on whose behalf you have submitted an expression of interest to share their personal information with the Association.
