Supreme Court of NSW COVID-19 Update

The Supreme Court of NSW has updated its earlier advice in relation to COVID-19 arrangements in view of the extension of NSW Government COVID-19 restrictions until 30 July as follows.

From Monday 28 June to Friday 30 July:

• All matters will be conducted via AVL. No live appearances will be permitted.

• No new criminal trials will commence. Current criminal trials will continue.

• The public counter will close from Monday 28 June to Friday 30 July and filings will be via online registry or email. For other changes to registry administrative arrangements, check here.
