Tonight: Generative AI Practice Note Briefing

Chief Justice Andrew Bell will present a briefing for the legal profession on Generative AI on 2 December 2024 at 4.30pm-5.30pm in the Banco Court, Queens Square. It follows the issuing on 21 November of Practice Note SC GEN 23 – Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), with a commencement date of 3 February 2025, and the Guidelines for New South Wales Judges in Respect of Use of Generative AI. The briefing will be livestreamed via the Court’s YouTube channel
