A Practical Guide to NCAT

NCAT is an enormously busy Tribunal that deals with a diverse range of matters across a multiplicity of practice areas. Lauren Sims (Martin Place Chambers) and Rebecca McEwen (Banco Chambers) are joined by Judge Susanne Cole (Deputy President of NCAT) and Kim Rosser (a Principal Member of NCAT) for a CPD aimed at giving practitioners practical insights into how to deal with a matter in NCAT from start to finish. The seminar will cover topics such as NCAT practice and procedure (including how to avoid traps for new players) and how practitioners can best provide practical assistance to the Tribunal when a matter comes on for hearing.
