Battling strong judicial headwinds; tips on handling difficult judges

The Family, Care and Adoption Committee is pleased to host a CPD seminar presented by Melissa Gillies SC and Peter Batey, and chaired by Peter Cummings SC, on Tuesday 28 March, at 5pm.

A panel of senior practitioners will share some ideas and strategies to assist barristers to cope with and overcome difficult days in Court.

The content will touch on judicial interference, judicial bullying and what to do about apprehended bias. The session will be designed to be interactive and practical and will be of particular value to the less experienced.
