In this seminar, Tim Game SC and Ruth Higgins SC examine corporate criminal liability: how criminal law makes corporations liable for the acts of individuals, and individuals liable for the acts of corporations. The session will cover various rules of attribution as between companies and the people through whom they act, and the related concepts of vicarious and accessorial liability.
