Ethical issues in practice
Thursday, 24 March 2022
Recent cases in the NSW and Victorian courts have raised questions requiring legal practitioners to appreciate their own conduct when dealing with colleagues and the judiciary. Chief Justice Bathurst brings his experience as the leader of the state’s judicial offices, as well as a former President of the NSW Bar Association, in his overview of conduct which may lead to professional consequences and a hearing taking an unexpected turn.
Judge:
- The Hon T F Bathurst AC, Chief Justice of NSW
Barrister:
- Miles Condon SC
This is session four in a seven-part discussion series titled “The Judges Talk - Succession and Elders Law” hosted by the NSW Bar Association's Succession and Elder Law Committee.
