High Performance Sport as a wellbeing too – A panel of marathon swimmers share their insights.

This CPD is a panel-style event looking at how three professionals, including two barristers, use high performance marathon swimming as a wellbeing tool.  

Julian Brezniak of 10^th Floor Chambers has completed two of the three Australian Triple Crown of marathon swimming and will be swimming the English Channel in 2023.

Eva Buzo of Black Chambers swam for 25 hours and 19 minutes across Lake Geneva in July 2022 and will be swimming the 90km from Italy to Albania in June 2023, the first person to do so.

Ross Youngman, CEO of Ausbil Investments is both an Australian and World Triple Crown holder in marathon swimming.

This will be a hybid event (online and in person).  In person attendance will be hosted by University Chambers,  Level 9/167 Macquarie St, Sydney NSW 2000
