Mediation and ADR in Equity

The Succession and Elder Law Committee is pleased to host a CPD seminar presented by Justice Elisabeth Peden and Ian Davidson SC – Interlocutor, and chaired by Lindsay Ellison SC, on Wednesday 5 April, at 5pm.

ADR is compulsory in family provision claims and almost always ordered in other equity disputes, including but not limited to succession law matters.

Justice Peden will bring a judicial view to this aspect of practice, reflecting also on her experience with ADR in her life at the Bar.
