This CPD event will feature the Honourable Michael McHugh AC QC speaking on the topic of ‘Negotiation’, particularly its relevance to barristers appearing in mediations in the civil jurisdiction. It will involve discussion of the techniques, issues and concerns that are relevant for better representation in negotiations on behalf of clients. The event will be chaired by Mary Walker OAM, Chair of the NSW Bar Association's ADR Committee.
