The Inquest and Inquiries Committee is pleased to present "Perspectives on fairness in inquisitorial proceedings" on Wednesday, 19 October 2022, at 5 pm.

Join Richard Beasley SC, Pat Griffin SC, Dr Hayley Bennett, and moderator Rob Ranken, for a panel discussion on inquisitorial fairness. The panel will bring their considerable expertise and experience to discuss inquisitorial fairness from the perspectives of the person presiding over the proceedings, counsel assisting and persons who may be appearing for an interested or affected party.
