Testamentary Capacity and Knowledge & Approval

As old as the law is with regard to testamentary capacity and knowledge approval, recent cases in the Court of Appeal demonstrate contemporary principles can be applied whilst confirming long standing law. Justice Leeming will discuss recent judgements, especially in the context of the practitioner ensuring a valid testamentary disposition is made.
