CPD Suggestions

Have you written a CPD paper that you would like to present? Is there an ethical or legal issue you would like us to arrange a presentation on? Have you seen a barristers’ skills or practice management CPD recently that you think we should host? Is there a legislative change or decision of interest you would like to hear more about? Please let us know by filling out the form below.

We welcome CPD suggestions from barristers, solicitors, academics, legal and non-legal professionals. All submissions must come under at least one of the four categories of CPD: Ethics and Professional Responsibility; Practice Management and Business Skills; Substantive Law, Practice and Procedure, and Evidence; Barristers' Skills.

All submissions will be assessed by the New South Wales Bar Associations Professional Development Department and a subject matter expert. The lodgement of a submission does not indicate automatic inclusion in the CPD program.
