The Bar Association’s Costs and Fees Committee will host a CPD seminar primarily aimed at members in their first five years of practice. The seminar, entitled “Fees: to Chase or Not to Chase?”, will be an opportunity for “Under 5” members at the Bar to explore what can be a thorny issue for barristers, namely how to ensure prompt payment of invoices from those you depend on for future work.
