Arrangements at the Land and Environment Court of NSW

COVID-19

The acting chief judge of the Land and Environment Court has issued updated information relating to procedural changes in light of the latest coronavirus recommendation. From today the court is no longer providing access to interview rooms and the mediation room and is also removing water glasses and jugs from the courtroom. Practitioners are welcome to bring their own water, as many already do.
