Changes to Supreme Court operations

The Supreme Court of NSW has this afternoon announced a series of changes to court operations.

The Court's announcement relates to:

• personal appearances;

• electronic delivery of documents;

• public registry and duty registrar services;

• current jury trials;

• court-annexed mediation.

The Court will be reviewing all operations with a view to maintaining open justice, consistent with the current constraints and health advice.
