DOWNING CENTRE CIVIL LISTING ARRANGEMENTS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The Chief Magistrate, His Honour Judge Graeme Henson AM, has issued a statement this morning regarding Downing Centre Civil Listing Arrangements during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Chief Magistrate has announced that all listed civil hearings at the Downing Centre between 30 March and 30 September 2020 are abandoned and the statement sets out further arrangements regarding those matters.
