The Dispute Resolution Service advises that it is continuing to review processes to best accommodate assessments for injured people during this time.

A Motor Accidents Bulletin released today with an update on DRS processes in response to COVID-19. This particularly relates to the approach for medical assessments.

The DRS will continue to provide updates as the situation with COVID-19 progresses, and members will be kept informed of developments.
