The Hon Stephen Thackray, former Chief Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia and Head of the Appeal Division of the Family Court of Australia, has passed away after a short illness. Stephen was a great friend of the New South Wales Bar Association and a statement from the Family Law Committee in honour of his life and legacy is available here
