Public Defenders | COVID-19 Online Resources - information sought from members

The Public Defenders are collecting information about the new COVID-19 court procedures to assess what difficulties are being encountered by practitioners. The information is being collected by way of a simple online form which can be completed in under a minute. A link to the feedback form can be found on the Public Defenders Website here

The Public Defenders will be collating all feedback received. The information is provided confidentially, but Public Defenders ask that respondents leave their contact details so that permission can be sought to refer to particular cases or to use quotations.
