Message from the Hon John P Bryson QC

Ave neque vale. Monday’s INBRIEF headed Vale reported that I had died. An quisque latet error. Greatly exaggerated. No untoward event befell me on 17 April and as far as I am aware none is impending. Please take this reversal as well as you feel you should.

Mr John Henry Bryson practised at the Bar in Sydney for some years but I only encountered him once or twice and he was not related to me in any way. Still, we both took part in the advantages, burdens and special life of practice at the Bar, and I regret his passing.
