Law Council calls on government to adopt core design principles when developing tracing app

The Law Council of Australia has today issued a Media Release in response to the government’s COVID-19 tracing app, which is currently in development. The Law Council is calling for the adoption of core design principles to be included within the legislative framework, designed to govern the operation of the app.
