The Women's Justice Network (WJN) helps women and girls to make positive changes in their lives: to keep them out of prison if they've been there or away from prison if they are at-risk.

COVID-19 has hit the WJN very hard. Vital fundraising activities have been cancelled. Women in their programs are battling with social isolation after they leave prison. The WJN also has a youth mentoring program, "Healing from Within" (HFW) and arrangements to ensure that women with lived experience of incarceration can play a part in the running of the organisation. But without additional funding by 31 May 2020 these programs will be severely affected and 50% of staff will be stood down.
