On Tuesday 12 May at 5.15 pm, Ian Neil SC, David Chin SC and Christopher Parkin, the authors of Guide to the JobKeeper Scheme: Employment in the time of COVID-19 will present a live webinar on the Commonwealth Government’s JobKeeper scheme. The JobKeeper Scheme is an unprecedented stimulus measure of significance to barristers and their chambers.

The webinar will consider the eligibility of both employers and the self-employed for the scheme, the effects on the regulation of the employment relationship, and the operation of the scheme in practice. There will be a particular focus on the eligibility of barristers and chambers to participate in the scheme.
