Dispute Resolution Services briefing session regarding new dedicated Legal Portal - 1pm, 26 May 2020

The State Insurance Regulatory Authority's Dispute Resolution Service ("DRS") has launched a dedicated Legal Portal this week for legal practitioners who interact with DRS regarding disputes between insurers and injured people in the CTP Green Slip Schemes. The Legal Portal offers a single online platform for legal practitioners to lodge applications, respond to replies, communicate with the DRS and track dispute progress. Use of the Portal is mandatory for legal representatives of insurers and preferred for representatives of claimants.
The DRS will be holding a webinar briefing session on how to access and use the Legal Portal on at 1pm on 26 May 2020. You can register to attend here.
