Filing of submissions in the NSW Court of Appeal

Members are reminded that all submissions filed in the Court of Appeal must include senior and junior counsels’ telephone and email details. This is a requirement of the relevant Practice Note and is important at all times but especially important at the moment when remote hearings are occurring.
