In January 2020 it was reported that the number of active social media users had surpassed 3.8 billion. With more people than ever before posting online, lawyers can no longer ignore social media as a source of evidence. Join presenters, Craig Everson and Simon Healy, on Thursday 18 June, at 5.15 pm, for a webinar addressing the admissibility of social media evidence in criminal trials and associated issues. Corrie Goodhand will chair the event.
