New South Wales Bar Association Media Release - Walama Court Must Not Be Delayed

The President of the New South Wales Bar Association Tim Game SC has today issued a media release highlighting the urgent need to address the continued over-representation of Indigenous people in Australia’s criminal justice system, including through the establishment of the Walama Court in NSW, and the adoption of the Uluru Statement from the Heart and a First Nations Voice.
