The Law Council of Australia has finalised the following sets of COVID-19 principles regarding jury trials and marginalised groups, which have now been published on the LCA's website:

• Principles on Jury Trials in the Context of COVID-19; and

• Principles for Facilitating Access to Justice for Marginalised and Vulnerable Groups as a Result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
