26/06/2020
A University of Western Australia PhD research project is investigating legal practitioners’ attitudes towards various negotiation tactics. The aim of the project is to determine legal practitioners’ attitudes and use of various negotiation tactics. Participation will involve completing a short anonymous online survey in relation to negotiation tactics which should take about 5-10 minutes.
Participation in the study is entirely voluntary and participants have the right to withdraw at any time without a need to explain why and without prejudice. However, as the survey information submitted will be anonymous, withdrawal is only possible prior to submission of the survey. The information received from questionnaire will be de-identified and kept confidential.
If you would like to take part in the survey you can find details of the project and ethics clearance here.
