Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment Order (No 2) 2020

The Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment Order (No 2) 2020 has been published in the Government Gazette and commences on 1 July 2020.

The object of the Order is to declare increases in adjusted amounts for the purposes of calculating certain entitlements to compensation under the Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW) (including weekly payments of compensation after 130 weeks and compensation for permanent impairment).
