The Annual Dinner, Distinguished Fellow's Lecture and 199th anniversary celebration of the Royal Society of NSW was held remotely on Saturday 27 June.
The topic of the evening was ‘Evidence and Education in a Post-Truth, Post-COVID World’. The Distinguished Fellow's Lecture was introduced by a message from Her Excellency the Hon Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and delivered by Emeritus Professor Brian Schmidt AC, Vice-Chancellor of the Australian National University.
