The Honourable Justice Russell John Peterson QC formerly of Frederick Jordan Chambers passed away on Thursday 9 July 2020.

Justice Peterson came to the bar in 1974 joining Frederick Jordan Chambers. After taking Silk in 1986, Justice Peterson was appointed the Deputy President of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in 1987 and then as a Judge of the Industrial Court in 1992. He retired in 2004.

Members will be advised of funeral arrangements when they are to hand.
