New NCAT website launched today

The President of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), the Hon Justice Lea Armstrong, has today announced the launch of the new NCAT new website.

The NCAT website retains the same URL address www.ncat.nsw.gov.au. The new website features a fresh new look and feel, improved search functionality and easy navigation.

NCAT’s new website is the product of the Digital Reform Program for all NSW Courts and Tribunals. The new website has been carefully redesigned to make it easier and more efficient for users to find the information they need. In addition, the new website uses a responsive layout allowing it to be viewed seamlessly across mobile, desktop and other devices.

The NCAT website is the primary information point for people interested in bringing a matter to the Tribunal, or finding out more about NCAT’s role and operations. It attracts more than 70,000 visitor sessions every month, and more than 4 million web pages are viewed annually.

The President has also invited practitioners and others to provide their thoughts and feedback about the new NCAT website through an online survey which is available here.
