The remade Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2020 (NSW) and Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Regulation 2020 (NSW) have been published on the Legislation NSW website today.

The Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2020 commences on 1 September 2020. The Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Regulation 2020 commences today, 21 August 2020.
