Last chance to register for Thursdays Seminar: Advocating on Screen - Meeting the challenges of the "virtual" environment
"… the best oral advocacy course I have ever done. It was the most effective and unexpectedly best use of 2 hours of my time on a Wednesday evening."
Our profession and judicial system have forever been altered by the COVID-19 pandemic. Almost overnight, technology now plays a dominant role in so many aspects of practice with personal appearances, face to face meetings, team briefings, mediations and arbitrations in person often replaced by video conferencing.
