Submission to the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into the Reputational Impact on an Individual Being Adversely Named in the ICAC’s Investigations

The Association has made a submission to the Committee on the Independent Commission Against Corruption’s inquiry into the reputational impact on an individual being adversely named in the ICAC’s investigations.

The Association’s submission was prepared by the Association’s Public Law Section and Inquests & Inquiries Committee. The submission considered existing safeguards and remedies, and problematic aspects of an exoneration protocol.
