Equitable Briefing Policy reporting due today - 30 September 2020

The Law Council of Australia's online portal for the 2019-2020 Equitable Briefing Policy reporting period is still open.

If you have not done so already, barristers are reminded to please to submit their annual reports via the portal by 30 September 2020.

To assist you in this process, the Equitable Briefing Policy Reporting Template and Guidelines provides detailed information on how to how to make a report and includes a reporting template to show the information required.

Barristers who have adopted the policy have committed to providing a confidential annual report to the Law Council of Australia on their briefing practices and measures taken to implement the policy.
