New South Wales Council for Civil Liberties - Online Panel Discussion regarding First Nations Justice, 6.30pm, 11 September 2020

The New South Wales Council for Civil Liberties (NSWCCL) is holding an online panel discussion on systemic racism and the over-incarceration of Indigenous people this Friday 11 September at 6.30pm.

The panel discussion will feature Judge Myers AM, Sarah Hopkins, Teela Reid and NSWCCL President Nicholas Cowdery AO QC and will focus on the urgent need to implement the recommendations of the Australian Law Reform Commission’s "Pathways to Justice" report and to create specialist courts, such as the Walama Court.
