New NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) form to request language or disability support

A new NCAT-wide form has been developed to enable a party or witness to request language or disability support. The new form is available here.

The new form allows requests for additional support without having to disclose personal information to the other parties.

If extra support is required to fully participate at NCAT, complete the Request for language or disability form and send it to a NCAT Registry as soon as possible before the first hearing.
