NMAS Mediators’ Re-accreditation
16/09/2020

If you were accredited as a mediator by the NSW Bar Association under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) in 2018, our records indicate that your accreditation is due to expire next month.
Applications are now open for re-accreditation only for two years until 2022. To apply for re-accreditation, you must:
Familiarise yourself with the NMAS Standards and Practice Standards to ensure that you qualify for re-accreditation; and
Complete BarADR’s online re-accreditation form here.
You will need to log in using your NSW Bar Association Membership ID and password, and upload any relevant information or evidence required before Monday 28 September.
Your application will then be considered by the Association and successful applicants notified in October.
NMAS Accreditation must be renewed every two years. It is the responsibility of each barrister to monitor the status of their accreditation.
