Indexed adjustments to workers compensation benefits from 1 October 2020

The latest indexed adjustments to workers compensation benefits are now available and apply on and from 1 October 2020.

The adjustments were notified in the Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment Order (No 3) 2020, which was published on the NSW Legislation website on 25 September 2020.

The Workers Compensation Benefits Guide October 2020 provides the latest details on the indexed adjustments and is available here.
