New Land and Environment Court Policy - Observing Proceedings by Microsoft Teams

The Land and Environment Court of NSW has published a new policy which explains how members of the public can observe proceedings being conducted by MS Teams.

The policy is available on the Court's website here and is also included in the Association's consolidated guide to COVID-19-related court arrangements.
