Supreme Court ADR Address 2020 - 'the rise of the anti-arbitration injunction'

The Australian Disputes Centre presents the 3rd annual Supreme Court of NSW ADR Address. The address will be given by the Hon Justice A S Bell, President, Court of Appeal of New South Wales tomorrow, 15 October 2020 at 5pm in the Banco Court.
