Running a barristers practice is a demanding and intellectually challenging undertaking. The rewards of practice come with the risks and responsibilities of being self-employed.

The NSW Bar Association, in conjunction with UNSW, is excited to introduce the 'Practice Management Essentials' program. The multi-module program is designed to provide practical strategies to run and maintain a barristers practice.

The interactive workshops will introduce strategies to cover the entire lifecycle of practice at the Bar including establishing a successful practice, practice management, accounting finance, balancing professional responsibilities, managing growth, and what it means to be a successful leader.

Registrations are open to NSW barristers that currently hold a practising certificate and places in the program are strictly limited.
