Resumption of live hearings in the Court of Criminal Appeal

The Chief Justice the Hon T F Bathurst AC has provided the following advice to the Association regarding resumption of live hearings in the Court of Criminal Appeal.

All Court of Criminal Appeal matters are now being conducted as live hearings in either the Banco Court or Court 13A. Please check the daily court list for staggered start times.
