Gregory Joseph Thomas Cusack QC, a former member of the NSW Bar Association, Public Defender and member of Samuel Griffiths Chambers, passed away peacefully after a long illness, on Sunday 15 November 2020.

He is survived by his wife Anthea and children, Dimity, Megan and Mark. His funeral will be held at 1:30 PM this Friday, 20 November at St Finbar's Church, Byron Bay. Members wishing to attend the funeral should contact Megan Cusack mcusack@lismorechambers.com.au or M: 0431633273.
