SIRA Dispute Resolution Service - Change in remote technology for Assessment Conferences for CTP insurance disputes

From 30 November the State Insurance Regulatory Authority Dispute Resolution Service will transition all its Assessment Conferences for CTP insurance disputes from Skype to MS Teams. Training materials and digital support services will be developed and made available to solicitors, barristers, interpreters and other system users.
