Ceremonial Sitting to Mark the Retirement of the Honourable Justice Virginia Bell AC

A short ceremonial sitting to mark the retirement of the Hon Justice Bell AC from the High Court of Australia will be held on Friday 12 February 2021 at 9:15am in the Court’s Sydney courtroom, prior to the commencement of special leave hearings at 9:30am on that day. Michael McHugh SC will speak on behalf of the New South Wales Bar Association.

The High Court has advised that the seating capacity in the courtroom is greatly reduced due to COVID-19 restrictions.
