Vale the Hon Henric Nicholas QC (1941 – 2021)

The Hon William Henric Nicholas QC, a former member of the NSW Bar Association and Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales passed away on Sunday 24 January 2021.

His Honour came to the Bar in 1966 joining Frederick Jordan Chambers. In 1971 His Honour joined Sixth Floor Selborne Wentworth Chambers and took Silk in 1981, before being appointed to the Bench of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2003. His Honour retired in 2013 and remained as an acting judge until 2015.

There will be a private family funeral, to be followed by a memorial service at a time and place to be advised.
